Luxury Apartment situated between Marbella/Puerto Banus and Gibraltar. The apartment has two bedrooms and sleeps up to four people. The main bedroom has a king size bed, double wardrobe (with safe), bedside tables and lamps, and an on suite bathroom including jacuzzi bath with over bath shower, washbasin, w.c. and bidet. The second bedroom has twin beds, double wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps and has use of the shower room with curtained step in shower, washbasin and wc. The apartment has air conditioning/heating. Marble floor tiling throughout.

The lounge diner has satellite TV and DVD player; the lounge has one three-seater and one two-seater sofa. Coffee tables, lamps etc. The dining area has a full size dining table and four dining chairs.

The fully fitted kitchen has all the necessary appliances including cooker, hob & extractor hood, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and sandwich maker and of course, all the necessary cooking utensils you need to try out your culinary skills. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry bay with a front load automatic washing machine.

The balcony has a patio table and four chairs, together with sun umbrella and stand. Access is via the kitchen or via the patio doors in the lounge.

There is a communal pool with large terrace. The apartment comes with its own secure underground parking bay accessed through an automated door.

The apartment is within 60m of the beach and Duquesa Marina where you can walk to the many restaurants and bars. If you fancy a slightly longer walk then try out one of the many excellent restaurants in nearby Castillo.

The Mikonos Playa is ideally suited for sightseeing with the road infrastructure ensuring accessibility to the most popular destinations, such as Marbella, Puerto Banus, Gibraltar, Ronda and even Tangiers.

The Costa del Sol is the golfer's paradise and Puerto Duquesa is an excellent base. With an 18 hole golf course virtually on the doorstep and many more within 30 minutes drive along the Costa del Sol coastline you will be spoilt for choice.

Whatever you desire, lazing on a beach, sipping a drink while watching the activity in the marina, strolling to nearby Sabinillas, Puerto Duquesa has it all.

Easily accessible from both airports Malaga (approx. 1 hr) and Gibraltar (approx. ½ hr).
